These terms apply when you use anniyan.online, including the tools under /tools/ and the games under /games/. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Anniyan — The Alpha builds custom websites, web apps, automation and AI-integrated business systems, and publishes a set of free browser-based tools and games on this domain. You can reach us at vasanth18nov@gmail.com.

Using the free tools and games

The tools and games on this site are provided free of charge, "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Most tools process your files and text entirely in your browser and don't send them to a server — but you're still responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important. We aren't liable for data loss, incorrect output, or any damages arising from your use of a tool or game.

You agree not to misuse the tools or games — for example, by attempting to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, reverse-engineer the games for redistribution, or use any tool for an unlawful purpose.

Custom IT project work

If you engage us for a custom website, web app, automation or other paid project, the scope, timeline, pricing and deliverables for that engagement will be agreed separately (for example, in a proposal or written agreement) and take precedence over these general terms for that specific project.

Intellectual property

The site design, branding, tool implementations and game code are owned by Anniyan unless otherwise noted, and are not licensed for reuse or redistribution without permission. A few tools load open-source third-party libraries (noted in our Privacy Policy), which remain under their own respective licenses.

No warranties

Everything on this site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Calculators, converters and generators are provided for convenience and general reference — verify important results (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise) independently before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anniyan is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, its tools or its games.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, shown by the updated date at the top of this page.
